The Avantis Supply Chain Collaboration Module, a web-based portal, takes trading partner communication to a new level with two-way business document exchange. As an important module in the Avantis Asset Management System, clear, traceable, two-way, web-based collaboration is provided for purchase orders, requests for quotation and other critical business information for your suppliers and customers. Using a web browser, orders can be acknowledged and printed. In addition, change requests can be made for information such as price changes, delivery dates and times, quantity changes, part substitutions and more.
