Invensys training and training materials are provided soley to legitimate Invensys Customers for their own use. An “Invensys Customer” is a party (including an engineering or contracting firm that is legitimately acting on behalf of that party) that has purchased Invensys’ products for their intended use, or a party that Invensys determines to be a potential purchaser of Invensys products. Invensys training materials are copyrighted and shall not be reproduced or copied, in whole or in part, or distributed without Invensys’ prior written authorization.
