  • Integrated Core Execution Team - As a single supplier of all control and safety system systems, Invensys is able to provide a highly experienced and completely integrated execution core team in a single location under common leadership.
  • Ensure compliance and consistency - Core execution teams will provide design guidance and consistency across all elements and phases of the project from pre-award to handover.
  • Knowledge transfer and local support - Resources from the local Invensys operation also interface with the wider Invensys community to facilitate knowledge transfer and long term site support.
  • Reduced system testing time - Inclusion of fully integrated Invensys OTS simulation tools and architecture facilitates a unique opportunity to both reduce testing time and verify overall process and control design through detailed simulation. Through such rigorous testing, the duration required for commissioning and start up is significantly reduced.  In addition, any critical process and design flaws can be uncovered before the plant is live.

Project Management

Automation and Control projects are complex & typically involve multiple contractual parties in dispersed geographic locations. Establishing & maintaining an effective control and communications structure between all parties is critical to managing contractual, technical, logistical and schedule issues.  IPS' proven project experience as a Main Automation Contractor - ensures the project scope is fully understood and minimizes the potential for commercial issues and / or schedule impact resulting from misinterpretation of scope / specifications.  We will assign personnel with prior industry execution expertise who understand your specific processes and applications.
