Q: What version should I use to save my presentation?
A: Please save your .ppt presentation in version 2003.
Q: What do I name the file?
A: Please use this syntax for your presentation: Lastname_Firstname_ShortTitle.ppt
Q: May I use my own .ppt template?
A: Please use this template.
Q: How do I get my .ppt on the PC in the conference room?
A: Please bring your presentation on a memory stick. If you don't have one, the Marketing Team will have one available for you. If the presentation you sent us by September 11 changes, please visit us onsite in the Staff Office by Wednesday afternoon so we can receive the most current version.
Q: What is the dress code for speakers?
A: Business casual. Coats and ties are optional.
Q: When is my speaking time?
A: If you would like to know your assigned speaking time before the conference, please send an email to NAmktg@ips.Invensys.com
Q: Will there be a speaker breakfast?
A: There will not be a separate room for speakers to eat breakfast. Breakfast will be provided for all conference attendees in the dining area.
